About The Instructor
Jia Er has been practicing yoga since 2019. She has a deep enthusiasm for yoga and specializes in teaching the basic and beginner levels of Aerial Yoga, Aerial Flow yoga, Wheel Yoga & Hatha Yoga. She also conducts private individual /group classes.
Jia Er conducts her yoga classes with a strong focus on embracing the philosophy of inner balancing. She always encourages students to practise yoga regularly, to sense and listen to their body and mind, and to guide and unite their physical body with a peaceful state of mind.
Jia Er believes that everyone would enjoy the pleasant feelings the body experiences through practising yoga, which can also release and relax their mind. She always mentions to yoga practitioners, "It's all about progress, not perfection." She hopes to share her understanding and yoga knowledge with her students so that they can benefit from it.
