Bungee Workout is a high cardio, core strengthening and low impact fitness program which you are attached to a literal bungee cord. It combines resistance training with a cardiovascular workout. Throughout the class, you will learn how to work with the bungee cord to further engage your core. It is perfect to improve your flexibility and mobility without causing joint problems.
Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in class credit forfeited.
