Service Description

shoulder injury or tension in the shoulders from your day-to-day job, working at a desk, or driving, can really impact your day-to-day life. You will be amazed, but regular yoga practice will bring movement and relief to the shoulders, neck, and back, reduce shoulder pain, and rebuild the muscles to prevent further injury. If you have shoulder pain or have an existing shoulder, neck, or back injury, then it’s always advisable to seek medical advice before you take on any new forms of exercise. Specific shoulder yoga practice will focus on movements and stretching through the shoulders with a range of movements, and posture holds for opening, stretching and relieving the shoulder joints for further mobility, resulting in reduced pain.
